"I would highly recommend Narayani’s hypnotherapy sessions. I had never tried hypnotherapy before, and I found it a pleasant and relaxing experience. Narayani was very helpful and even provided a recording for me to listen to outside of the session. She came across as very calming and kind, which made me feel comfortable and safe talking about my phobia. I have noticed a massive change in the way I react to my phobia of bees and wasps. Thanks to Narayani I am now able to spend time outdoors and control my reactions, which saves me a lot of embarrassment. I have even been able to purchase a car with a sun roof due to the confidence I now have. I cannot thank Narayani enough for all of her help." Kara
“Narayani is a lovely, empathetic, and fun coach to work with.
She combines that with high precision in her way of working which helped me tremendously to stay on track when pinpointing my day-to-day steps to achieving my goal. She always remained clear about how to do that when I couldn't see the forest for the trees. All the while, it is never boring and she brings in new sparks of joy continuously.
I am really grateful for working together and would highly recommend her!
Thank you so much, Narayani!”

“I have had no previous experience with hypnotherapy, and if I’m being completely honest going into it (although I was trying to keep an open mind) I had some pre-conceived ideas and felt that maybe this wouldn’t work for me. My previous understanding, mostly negative through social media or television, made me think I wouldn’t get what I needed from the experience because I wasn’t open to that type of thing (I am not feeling very sleepy!).
I had a crash whilst on track in Europe with my motorbike, and it was approaching a year before I was to go on track abroad again. I wanted to get back on the bike and blow the cobwebs off, so I booked myself onto a UK track day which I had attended many times before. I found whilst riding that I experienced a mental and physical anxiety anytime I got out onto the track.
Having never experienced anxiety before, it was horrible to feel “scared” to be out there, only wishing to get back to the paddock and finish for the day, as though that was the only way to stay safe, not get injured, and mostly not have to pay out for more damages to the bike! I didn’t want my track riding to end like this, so I sought some advice for a way out of it.
Narayani was an avid listener, taking in everything I said and allowing me the freedom to express myself my way, rather than trying to fit my problem into a standard ‘one size fits all’ box.
The hypnotherapy sessions I had were not at all like I thought they would be, and they felt fully catered to what I needed and were handled in a way that I could learn best from them. The experience was far more vivid than I thought it could be - and this was not someone telling me I’m very sleepy with a pendulum in front of me - but a professional who’s learned how to get the best result with me specifically, how my mind works, and this meant we worked through the problem together in a logical way.
The next event in Europe was a completely different experience, I had no anxiety from being on the bike and felt I could really enjoy myself and push my limits - I felt fully in the moment, which was something we had worked on together.
I highly recommend for anyone to try hypnotherapy, and cannot thank Narayani enough for her support and guidance through this problem. Thank you Narayani for our sessions together, I hope you continue to help others as you have helped me.”
